Terms of Use

By registering an account and utilizing the Platform's digital signature features, you consent to enter into legally binding agreements with the Platform Operator and its affiliates, including Tiny House Music Ltd, electronically. You agree that clicking "Submit Signature," drawing your signature, or checking consent boxes constitutes your legal consent and electronic signature, possessing the same legally binding force and effect as a handwritten "wet ink" signature.

To access the Services, you must register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and diligent manner. You strictly agree NOT to:

Upload Unauthorized Content: You may not upload, distribute, or register any musical compositions, sound recordings, or underlying intellectual property for which you do not own the explicit rights or lack the documented legal authority to administer.

Engage in Fraudulent Activity: You may not use the Platform to generate automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid playback actions (including streaming manipulation) on any Digital Service Provider.

Infringe Third-Party Rights: You may not upload content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or personality rights of any third party.

Upload Harmful Material: You may not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, promotes illegal acts, incites violence, or contains malicious software, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the Platform.

Misuse the Platform: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, mirror, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or functionality of the Platform's software.

Your use of specific services on the Platform (such as Publishing Administration or Digital Distribution) will be governed by separate, specific legal agreements (e.g., the Publishing Agreement) that you will be required to sign electronically via the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and a specific service agreement you have signed, the terms of the specific service agreement shall prevail regarding that specific service.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform—including but not limited to its software, code, design, UI, text, and proprietary algorithms—are owned exclusively by Tiny House Music or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Platform. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license strictly to use the Platform for its intended administrative purposes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent streaming activity, or uploaded infringing/stolen copyright material.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Tiny House Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the email associated with your account or through a notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
